A Soul for Europe - FORUM WROCLAW

In the context of the Polish EU Council Presidency, A Soul for Europe (ASfE) and Narodowy Instytut Audiowizualny (National Audiovisual Institute) organized a one-day-discussion at the European Culture Congress (8 - 11 September 2011) in Wroclaw, Poland, named as:

 "FORUM WROCŁAW - Culture and Active Citizenship in the Development of Europe".

• Culture and economy in the development of Europe
• European Capitals of Culture - A model for culture?
• The impact of European Union cultural programmes and their future shape
