Schneemann & Co. Playground! - Family Concert by Toon Tellegen: Tomorrow was the party
The Dutch children's book writer Toon Tellegen has enchanted many children and adults with his wonderful world of animal stories in which the elephant falls out of trees, letters are delivered by a gust of wind and the cricket and the ant get caught up in their philosophical reflections.

For this occasion the writer leaves his writing desk and joins three exquisite musicians. Together they bring the story Tomorrow was the party, about the four seasons in the forest of Tellegen's animals. A family show that will entertain all ages.
The choice in music will be as colorful as the stories, classical pieces will be combined with contemporary music. The music from American minimalist Steve Reich (1936), Dutch composers Ton Bruynel (1934-1998) and Theo Loevendie (1930), the Russian Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky (1840-1893), the French Claude Debussy (1862-1918) and the Hungarian György Kurtág (1926) will surprise, dance, joke, sing and help to tell the story.
Marieke Schneemann: flute and piano
Cecilia Bernardini: violin
Taco Kooistra: musical saw and piano
