Felix & Sofie: Death
"When we exist death is not, and when death exists we are not", as Epicurus famously said. What have life and death to do with each other? If philosophizing is learning to die, to speak with Cicero, how do death and life relate to each other? And what do literature and arts teach us on this issue?
With a.o. Annelies Schulte Nordholt (professor of French Literature and Culture from 1850 till present at University Leiden) and Silvio Senn (professor modern metaphysics University of Amsterdam and esthetics at the conservatory and the Orpheus Institute of Ghent.) Interview and moderation: Jael Kraut en René den Ouden.
